Iranian Death Camp
simply put, israel as a nation which is supposedly responsible for the well being of its citizens should wipe the iranian military infrastructure out.
israel should use its full military capability and destroy the threat.
anyone that denys that the threat doesnt exist and that not enough venom has been spewed by the leadership of iran to justify the israeli action is either deaf or dumb.
the longer israel waits, the more realistic the thought becomes that israelis are living in an iranian death camp.
how many of us will die? that is the question....
some more thoughts on the iranian/ israel saga. it is less than likely that israel will undertake any operation against iran unless it has full backing by the states and europe as i have written about before. that being said, it is not for israel to prove its intentions are worthwhile to iran,
IT IS iran that now needs to prove its intentions for the 'good' (hopefully) to israel.
want to bet that this isn't going to happen?
no doubt we have reached a very serious escalation in 'the crisis' but much to my chagrin there is no one at the helm right now in israel who can manage this theatre - not even sharon, this mainly because of the election tumult he is now involved in.
perhaps after the election in israel - march - more serious focus will come about but until then israel will make believe that the iranian leadership is merely full of hot air - and it will be israel's mistake just as it was a mistake by european jews not to take the threat of hitler seriously.

It is very difficult to know where exactly Iran is up to in their attempt to develop nuclear weapons. Certainyl while the US is in Iraq I cant see them initiating a war next door.
At the same time, I can't imagine Israel will sit back and wait till it's too late. Then again, 5 mins is very long in Israeli politics - it's been an unpredictable year so far...

michael,
an attack on iran by the states is simply not going to take place, there are too many political storms bush has to deal with now - he would be crucified in the press if he attempted this without a profoundly solid reason.
the only way israel will be able to deal with iran in a military sense is if it is given a very quiet green light by the states and nod of heads by europe. i am unsure that this will take place either.
it seems to me that we are about to witness the birth of 'nuclear iran' much in the same way we have witnessed north korea announcing that they are armed.
unless israel is willing to act on its own and take the heat for such an action, we will be sitting here with the threat of being torched every day of our lives.
it is not an easy choice for israel.
note that if this was a real game of chess and bush and his advisers were really on their game they could use the 'boola boys in lebanon as another focal point for putting pressure on iran, much in the same way they have recently put pressure on syria because of its entanglements in the same sphere.
none of this will be easy.

hello again - i would say that iran is giving the USA and the world a more solid reason that what they had with iraq. Saddam denied everything - Iran admits it all.
being the big zionist that i am, i can not imagien that israel would allow iran to devlop these weapons. pple might be talking about israel's inability (militarily or diplomatically) to attack iran's sites - i wouldnt recommend listening to that babble. Since when does israel broadcast its capabilities, plans and intentions?
Let's wait and see
