it is rumored that the tiger after having escaped the circus went for a nice jaunt in forest hills but after setting his eyes on jamaica decided that he was better off in his own cage. as far as i know PETA is not involved in this case yet, but certainly if the cops decide to take lessons in capturing tigers, i am sure the PETA folks will want to be on hand to film everytime to make sure the handcuffs go on without abuse.........
